1 Online Interactive
The QoS of video conferencing tools, such as
Skype, as well as the infrastructure of the Internet itself, can vary
across different geographical regions and over the course of time, e.g.,
packet traffic can be throttled by ISPs. Unfortunately, all that is
beyond our control so, we cannot be held responsible.

Note added March 14, 2020:
Due the COVID-19 pandemic, including California, and the
urgent need to mitigate its further transmission, this option is no

3 Onsite Classes
If you would like to have Guerrilla training presented on-site at your
company location—anywhere in the world (within reason)—please contact
Performance Dynamics directly.
Note added March 14, 2020:
Due the COVID-19 pandemic and the urgent need to mitigate its
further transmission, this option is no longer available until further
notice.
Please see the Online Interactive option 1.
As proof of completing each course, you will recieve an official Guerrilla
certificate (complete with gold star) declaring that you have
satisfied the requirements for that level. These certificates won't help
you get into Harvard (as far as I know), but that's not the point. They
can be very important when it comes to your promotion and paycheck because
it helps your manager identify a certified skill-level on your performance
review. In fact, the Guerrilla certificates came into existence at the
request of managers.
Please read the rest of this page to understand the terms and conditions.

alumni are saying about these courses.

The early-bird cutoff date is 30
days prior to the start date of the class. This means you
will have to organize funding with your management earlier than that.

If possible, please bring a laptop with you. Almost everyone does this
now. It makes it easier to distribute notes (as PDFs) and you can also can
use Excel, PDQ, R, and other analysis tools in class.
5.5 Recording
We are not set up for on-demand video or audio recordings of Guerrilla
classes at this time. Similarly, no personal recording, either audio or

beforehand by contacting Performance Dynamics Educational Services.

6.1 Tuition Fee
Early Bird means you must be registered as stated in
section 5.3 in advance of the course.
6.2 Discounts
Corporate discounts for three (3)

attend after such a one-time transfer will automatically forfeit the
entire registration fee.
6.3 Refunds
Requests for refunds must be received in writing at least 30
days before the start date of the course. Substitutions may
be made at any time.
